Brief Info of Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation
First there was Modern Combat: Sandstorm which we described as one of the most impressive gaming experiences on the App Store at that time. Next came MC2: Black Pegasus which we called " A new standard in online multiplayer". Now, Gameloft has released their much anticipated third installment, Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation, one of the best first-person shooters as perfectly as the inevitable AC-130 mission.
The Modern Combat 3 : Fallen Nation is one of the "most acclaimed FPS games on Apple iOS," giving polished, action-packed, first person gameplay to the players. The MC series aims to immerse the player in a "modern war experience," taking you to detailed, stunning and realistic environments, and providing you with plenty of challenges, along with enough weapons to get the job done effectively. Modern Combat 3 appears to have a considerable leg up over its predecessors, packing a higher level of detail and finesse into the environments.

'Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation' Review
- Familiar Controls
The controls in Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation will be instantly familiar to anyone who has played one of Gameloft’s other FPS releases on the iPhone. The left-hand side of the screen controls your movement while the right-hand side is in charge of your aim. This setup mimics the twin-stick control arrangement that is present in most console shooters, and it works well enough. - New Features
Compared to Modern Combat 2, Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation offers a huge improvement in a number of ways, one of which is most obvious is its graphics, both in-game and its cut-scenes. Another major improvement has been to its multiplayer portion as you’ll now be able to rank up with over 90 ranks to achieve. You’ll also be able to unlock new weapons, perks, and attachements to be used in multiplayer mode. - The game offers 13 single-player missions and you can take your fight online with up to 12 players across 6 maps in 6 different multiplayer modes.
- Versatile Battle Styles
Before the Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation game shifts away from its initial United States locales, you’ll enjoy a Modern Warfare-style night vision distance gunning mission in an airplane and a high-speed ATV/helicopter shooting mission from the back of a truck in the Alaskan woods, as well as multiple on-foot segments. Most of these segments involve swiping on the left of the screen to move, swiping at the center or right to change your head position, and using buttons near the middle and bottom of the screen to crouch, shoot, zoom in with your weapon’s sight or scope, or toss grenades. - If you are a single-player fan, Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation is a fine addition to your iOS library, no other mobile FPS can match it.
